Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd has received capital markets regulator Sebi’s go ahead to float an initial public offer.The initial public offer (IPO) comprises fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 98.5 crore and an offer for sale of 9,523,345 equity shares by existing shareholders, according to the draft red herring prospectus.
They collect and transport solid waste for municipal corporations and waste management includes municipal solid waste based waste to energy projects. The OFS (offer for sale) component is for Rs 500 crores and due to better valuations , the fresh issue of shares component has now been reduced slightly to around Rs 40 crores.
