Edelweiss Financial Services plans to raise funds through public issue of NCD ( Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ) with a face value of Rs 1,000 each. The issue is with a base issue size of Rs 100 crore with an option to retain over subscription up to Rs 900 crore aggregating up to tranche limit of Rs 1,000 crore, the company said.
